Brynlock charges $0.50 per unit per month with a $25 monthly minimum, every feature included. At 150 units that is $75/mo. SiteLink software plus the add-ons operators say they were quoted (eSign, SMS, website) comes to about $285–$450/mo at the same size; that range is operator-reported, not a published SiteLink price, and excludes card processing on both sides. Three reasons. We pass Stripe processing through at published rates and take $0 on every payment. We carry no enterprise sales overhead, meaning no SDRs and no implementation consultants on the payroll. And features like eSign (PDF generation plus email) and autopay (a Stripe webhook on the 1st) cost fractions of a cent to deliver. Most vendors charge for them separately because their business model needs the line item, not because the feature costs that much. We make money one way, the subscription.
Yes. Tenants get a text or email with a Stripe link. They enter a card or bank account from their phone, with no app to download and no account to create. It takes about 2 minutes. Once enrolled, they are charged automatically on the 1st.
Noke Smart Entry, DoorKing, and OpenTech CIA integrations are live. Units unlock automatically on lease activation and overlock when a tenant goes delinquent. Gate codes are stored per tenant and managed from the dashboard. PTI integration is in active development via the Seam SDK. Other systems can be managed manually until their integration ships.
